Book a solo or formation flight
To book a flight: Access conditions
Participants must be at least 16 years old.
A medical examination is required before the flight.
This examination can be carried out either by your own general medical practitioner or by a specialist, because the examination will broadly relate to the conditions imposed on pilots of tourism aircraft.
This medical examination is required within 14 days following your registration if you register at least 45 day before the flight, and within 7 days following your registration if you register less than 45 days before.
Should you respect these conditions, and if you are declared not fit to take part as a result of your medical examination, you will be reimbursed in full.
Formation flight or solo flight booking
You will be able to book your flight online soon. For the moment, please send a mail with your details to firstname.lastname@example.org to book your flight accordingly.
Price and terms of payment
Our prices include VAT (20%) and all other taxes.
You will be asked to make a 30% deposit when you perform your reservation, and to pay the balance 30 days before takeoff (or at the time of making the reservation if the time period is less than 30 days). Payments can be done by bank card, or by bank transfer.

Preparation for the flight
The most important thing is to return the documents required in good time (information form and medical certificate):
- Within the 14 days following your registration if you register at least 45 days before the flight
- Otherwise within the 7 days following your registration
You must also get a good night’s sleep before the day of the flight.
The day of the flight
You arrive at the airport as per schedule for the briefing, after having a normal breakfast or lunch.
You will be provided with a flying suit, so you do not need to wear any particular clothing.

If you wish, you may be accompanied by a member of your family or a close friend for the briefing and debriefing.
If something unforeseen happens
You need to be aware that the places for Fouga Magister Team flights are rare, so the cancellation fees are substantial.
If you cancel with more than 30 days prior notice, the cancellation fees are 30%. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior notice, the cancellation fees are 100%.
If you want to postpone your flight with more than 30 days prior notice, the postponement fees are 10%. From 30 to 21 days prior notice, the charges are 30%. Postponement is not possible beyond that.
It is possible that something unexpected may come up on the day of the flight: Particularly unfavourable weather conditions, technical problems … The flight may then be delayed by up to 24 hours. You are asked to take account of this possible delay when making your plans.
If the planned flight cannot take place, we will define together a postponement date.
